Levitate was commissioned to provide an aerial roof inspection of two properties in Kensington on behalf of Antony Patrick Associates, a west London building consultancy.
The location of the properties made the inspection a little more complex than normal, as they were within the restricted area of London that requires permission from the National Air Traffic Service and Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection unit of the Metropolitan Police to operate drones.
Building on our experience operating in other restricted zones we quickly received permission however, and successfully completed the project (in between some dodgy weather).
The results were just what was needed, enabling Antony Patrick to conduct a through condition inspection of otherwise inaccessible areas of the buildings.
