This stunning historic Devon country home was undergoing a comprehensive condition survey last year, including a roof inspection.
Levitate was tasked by Regency Grove surveyors to conduct an aerial inspection of the roof to help complete the assessment without resorting to the expense and disruption of scaffolding or cherry-pickers.
The result was detailed images of all sections of the complex roof structure, enabling a through understanding of its condition and estimates for repair, all captured safely and efficiently with just a few hours on site.
